No, You only need to know how to use a computer. The site will be set up for you and you will have access to a site control panel, Where you would add/remove or modify Email addresses among other things. Also, when you log in to the site as the administrator, you have full control over all content,users and listings. Should you need to edit a page, a Wysiwyg (What You See Is What You Get) editor is provided.

2. Can I use more than one email address?

Yes, you can use as many email addresses as you like. The only exception to this is the Low bandwidth basic web presence package,which is limited to 5 email addresses.

3. Can I do mass emailings?

Absolutely not, mailing lists are acceptable but mass mailing spam is not.
